Im a BUG! Liverpool running bugs are a great club for beginners & experienced runners, everyone who takes part has a great time and we are all improving!

we train every tuesday & thursday at 19:00 and now on friday morning at 09:30 we meet at the reception of david lloyd speke (opposite the new mersey retail park)

so come along and get the BUG!

just to keep you all updated Liverpool running bugs now meet and train from Halewood leisure centre every Tuesday & Thursday at 7pm
